Multi-axis Positioning Systems


 

The Multi-Axis Positioning System is designed to allow direct coupling between the load and the drive motors. This feature eliminates backlash, allows for fast acceleration / deceleration, high speed operation while increasing the reliability.These systems are available with linear stepper and servo motors.


 

The Single-axis Stages can be configured as XY, XZ and XYZ

  • Range of Motion: 0.970” to 5.2 inches (24.6 mm)
  • Positioning Resolution: 1 micron, 12.7 microns, 25.4 microns & 29.95 microns
  • Continuous Force: from 16.4 oz (4.6 N) to 25.0 lb (111.2 N)
  • Intermittent Force: 51.9 oz (14.4 N) to 79.0 lbs (351.3 N) at 10% duty cycle
  • Optional Return Spring
  • Configurable as XY, XZ, XYZ
  • Low Cost
